Illi Adato – Head Teacher & Founder

Illi Adato is a Systemic & Family Constellations therapist, facilitator, head teacher and founder of the London School of Systemic & Family Constellations. Illi has been facilitating group work since 1999.
Illi has worked with individuals, couples, families, therapists, coaches and other helping professionals through one-to-one sessions, workshops, retreats and professional training.
His work explores family and systemic dynamics, relationships, belonging, inherited patterns and the wider systems that shape our lives.
Alongside his therapeutic and facilitation practice, Illi trains Family Constellations facilitators through the School’s three-year Practitioner Training Programme. His teaching brings together systemic understanding, experiential learning and the development of presence and facilitation skills.
Over the years, Illi has also developed approaches including HypnoConstellations™, Consciousness-Centred Therapy™ and Distant-Healing Constellations™, expanding his exploration of the relationship between systemic work, consciousness and the unconscious.
Based in London, Illi works internationally through individual sessions, group workshops, retreats, professional training and conferences. His work is grounded in curiosity, experiential learning and an ongoing exploration of the many systems and relationships of which we are part.
Sarah Maclean Bicknell

Sarah Maclean Bicknell is a healer, teacher and mentor. She has studied healing and ceremonial work in North American Indigenous traditions for 30 years. She has incorporated her Celtic roots into her present North American practice.
Sarah is sought out for her intuitive readings, workshops, ceremony and soul doctoring practice.
Sarah’s work is rooted in connection, community, ceremony and respect. Raised in the Western world, she has experienced the loss of disconnection and is profoundly grateful to the Indigenous elders and teachers who have supported her journey and taught her how to re-arrive more fully into her life. She carries deep gratitude for those who have gone before her while continuing to develop her own vision and approach for these times.
In 1991, Sarah was adopted by ceremony into the Hunka Waye tradition of the Lakota Nation. She honours the many elders, teachers and ceremonial collaborators who have shaped her path across North American, Celtic and other traditions.
Sarah’s effectiveness as a teacher and mentor is grounded in kindness, pragmatism, humour and discipline. In workshops and private sessions, she listens deeply and works to distil the core issues within individuals and groups, helping to uncover the patterns and belief systems that can keep people and organisations from moving forward.
Aitabé Fornés, M.Ed.

Aitabé’s 25+ years as an educator began at a small alternative high school in New York City. She incorporated mindfulness into her science classes, taught systems thinking to model complex problems, and created interdisciplinary art+science projects to demonstrate student learning.
However, after a change in schools left her feeling stuck and under-resourced, Family Constellation work initiated a new chapter in her life. In 2012, she stepped away from classroom teaching to study and practice Constellation work.
This deep immersion led to the development of SenseThinking, a pedagogical framework that integrates rigorous academic inquiry with embodiment and intuition. Presently, she is teaching SenseThinking to teens at LightHouse Holyoke, a self-directed learning community for teens based in Massachusetts (USA).
Aitabé also trains parents and educators in SenseThinking, and supports systemic practitioners to become educational consultants
