Do we pursue the dream, or does the dream pursue us?
What if a dream is not simply a private symbol to be interpreted, but a living member of the field — carrying messages from the ancestors, the land, and the spirit world?
Mapping the Dream in the Field is a five-day, in-person training exploring how to bring dreams and dreamtime into systemic and constellation work.
This five-day training is Part 1 of a three-part Dream Constellation Facilitator Training pathway. You can attend Part 1 as a standalone training, or continue through all three parts towards full Dream Constellation Facilitator Certification.
The training brings together three living lineages of systemic work — traditional, phenomenological, and shamanic — and invites them to meet within one of humanity’s oldest practices: dreaming.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPLORE
Throughout the five days:
- Work with dreams as living expressions of the field rather than puzzles to be solved
- Develop your capacity to listen to dream images, figures, recurring scenes and thresholds
- Explore the differences between psychological, phenomenological and shamanic approaches to dream work
- Work with dreams in relation to ancestors, land and the spirit world
- Develop practical skills for bringing dream material into constellation work
- Move from working with a single dream image towards full Dream Constellations
- Experience supervised practice and receive guidance as you develop your facilitation skills
The practice builds progressively throughout the week. Beginning with orientation and small paired exercises, participants move into partial placements and, by the final days, full supervised constellations.
The emphasis is not only on learning about the work, but standing inside it yourself — experiencing, facilitating and representing within the field.
WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
No previous constellation training or professional qualification is required. A deep interest in Family and Systemic Constellations and/or a background in healing modalities is sufficient to join the training. Whether you are already working with people professionally or are drawn to explore the relationship between dreams, systemic work and the field, this training offers an opportunity to develop your understanding and practical facilitation skills.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Everyone who completes this five-day training will receive a Certificate of Completion, including the relevant CPD hours attended.
Please note that this is a Certificate of Completion, not the final Dream Constellation Facilitator Certification. If you wish to continue towards full certification, you can join Parts 2 and 3 of the training pathway outlined below.

THE FULL DREAM CONSTELLATION FACILITATOR TRAINING
The complete facilitator training pathway consists of three parts:
PART 1 — Facilitator Training
4–8 May 2027 | London, UK
Five days of in-person training and supervised practice, taking participants from foundational orientation through to full supervised Dream Constellations.
PART 2 — Dream Retreat
September 2027 | Sicily
An experiential training retreat designed to deepen your relationship with dreams and the field.
PART 3 — Advanced Facilitator Training
Date and location TBC
Advanced training to further develop your capacity to facilitate Dreamwork in constellations.
All three parts can be attended individually.
CERTIFICATION
Participants receive a Certificate of Completion for each part of the training they complete, including the relevant CPD training hours.
After completing all three parts, participants can receive a full and final Dream Constellation Facilitator Certificate through the collaboration between Sarah Maclean Bicknell and Illi Adato.
The final certification endorses graduates to facilitate Dream Circles and facilitate Dreamwork in Constellations.
DREAM COURSES — REQUIRED FOR FULL CERTIFICATION
To complete the full facilitator certification, participants must also complete the following Dream courses.
Dreamer & The Messenger + Deepening the Dream — Online
The Dream courses deepen the participant’s relationship with dreaming and provide essential preparation for facilitating Dream Circles and Dreamwork.
Dreamer & The Messenger must be completed before attending Part 2 in Sicily.
Dreamer & The Messenger — Live Online Event
A six-session live online event hosted by Seth Pardo, Sarah’s long-term collaborator and student, with Sarah attending the first and final sessions.
