This facilitator training is open to anyone drawn to the practice of Systemic and Family Constellations. No prior experience is required — you are welcome whether you come for your own intensive personal journey or to integrate systemic practices into your professional offering.

Training Structure

Our learning & practice programme is designed for those who want to academically study and gain hands-on experience with Systemic & Family Constellations for professional application or personal transformation.

The training includes:

• 3 Learning Weekends
• 125 CPD hours of deep transformative training (100 course hours + 25 hours of peer practice)
• Flexible format: Online for international students / Hybrid for UK students
• Peer practice groups with fellow students
• Monthly mentoring to support your integration and growth
• Supervised practice groups guided by Illi Adato
• Attendance at Systemic & Family Constellations workshops as a representative
• 3 Private 1-on-1 personal sessions with course leader Illi Adato
• Certificate of Completion for each part
• Practitioner Certificate upon successful completion of all 3 parts

Learn how to hold a safe, grounded therapeutic space — essential for effective facilitation. Explore the “liminal space” between chaos and order, and how to navigate this threshold with presence, awareness, and systemic clarity.

IDENTIFYING KEY DYNAMICS & FACILITATION STRATEGIES THAT WORK – 27-28 February 2027
Develop your ability to read constellations and recognize the unseen patterns at play. Gain practical tools and facilitation techniques to guide one-on-one and group constellations with confidence and systemic precision.

FINDING CLOSURE & SUPPORTING INTEGRATION – 3-4 April 2027
Discover how to bring Constellation work to meaningful closure. Learn how to support clients in integrating insights and transformations, even in complex or unresolved situations, using a Consciousness-Centred approach.
