Such forces are often appearing as difficulties or a sense of being ‘stuck’ in life\, affecting our behaviour\, relationships\, career\, health/wellbeing\, or even financial circumstances. This method provides a three-dimensional ‘map’ of one’s life as it is at present. It is a simple yet powerful way to explore entanglements and blockages in our personal life and our family history. The method brings awareness and clarity into personal challenges by focusing the client on the root cause of such difficulties. Constellations provide an opening for a positive life shift and present ways for deep healing processes to occur. \n  \nWHAT HAPPENS IN A CONSTELLATION SESSION? \nIn Constellations work the ‘client’ is referred to as the ‘Issue Holder’. \nThe method uses workshop participants as ‘Representatives’ to stand in for key people in the client’s life such as family members\, colleagues\, partners\, ex-partners\, etc.\, sometimes ‘abstract’ concepts such as an emotion\, country of origin\, religion\, or destiny are also represented. All participants are invited to take part as Representatives. Workshop participants often report (see reviews: https://bit.ly/33Asprs) experiencing profound insights into their own lives by simply witnessing the process\, regardless of how they choose to take part. \n  \nWHY DOES THIS WORK? \nScientific research shows that the experiences of your ancestors can determine your behaviour today and affect future generations.** Recent scientific research into DNA reveals that a component named epigenetics is embedding the effect of a traumatic experience by altering the genetic structure. It means that some of our behaviour patterns can be attributed to traumatic events in our family history. While this can be a source of great richness\, it can also bring hidden tensions\, misunderstandings\, and repeating conflicts that are hard to explain with logic alone. \nThis workshop offers a Systemic and Family Constellations perspective on those challenges. Together\, we will explore how our relationships are shaped not only by our personal histories\, but also by: \nUnresolved entanglements in our family systems\nTransgenerational trauma carried across generations\nInvisible loyalties to parents\, grandparents\, or important figures in our family histories\nCultural and historical events (war\, migration\, colonisation\, discrimination\, loss) that still echo in the present. \nWhat this workshop is about \nUsing the method of systemic and family constellations\, we will gently bring to light: \nHow each partner may be unconsciously loyal to their family of origin and its values\, beliefs\, and cultural norms.\nHow unprocessed grief\, shame\, exclusion\, or trauma in one or both family lineages can surface in the couple’s dynamic.\nHow cultural expectations around gender roles\, religion\, money\, sexuality\, children\, and extended family can create tension or confusion.\nHow histories of migration\, exile\, racism\, or social rupture may affect a couple’s capacity for safety\, trust\, and closeness. \nThrough guided constellation processes\, participants will have the chance to: \nSee their own relationship from a wider\, systemic perspective.\nRecognise which burdens they may be carrying on behalf of their families or cultures.\nHonour the stories and suffering of previous generations.\nGently disentangle from what does not belong to them.\nCreate more space for choice\, connection\, and mutual respect in the relationship. \n  \nWho is this for? \nThis workshop is intended for: \nCouples formed across different cultures\, countries\, ethnic groups\, races\, religions\, or languages.\nIndividuals from mixed or migrant backgrounds who wish to better understand their patterns in relationships.\nTherapists\, coaches\, and professionals who work with multicultural couples and want to deepen their systemic understanding. \n  \nYou are welcome to attend: \nAs a couple\, if both partners are open to exploring together.\nAs an individual\, if your partner cannot attend or prefers not to\, or if you are reflecting on a past or current mixed-culture relationship. \nNo previous experience with Systemic or Family Constellations is required. \n  \nWhat you can expect ? \nDuring the workshop\, we will combine: \nShort theoretical inputs on systemic and family constellation principles.\nGuided exercises to explore your own family system\, loyalties\, and cultural roots.\nConstellation sessions (in the full group or smaller groups) to explore couple dynamics\nTime for reflection\, integration\, and questions. \nThe space will be held with respect\, confidentiality\, and sensitivity to cultural and personal boundaries. Such forces are often appearing as difficulties or a sense of being ‘stuck’ in life\, affecting our behaviour\, relationships\, career\, health/wellbeing\, or even financial circumstances. This method provides a three-dimensional ‘map’ of one’s life as it is at present. It is a simple yet powerful way to explore entanglements and blockages in our personal life and our family history. The method brings awareness and clarity into personal challenges by focusing the client on the root cause of such difficulties. Constellations provide an opening for a positive life shift and present ways for deep healing processes to occur. \n  \nWHAT HAPPENS IN A CONSTELLATION SESSION? \nIn Constellations work the ‘client’ is referred to as the ‘Issue Holder’. \nThe method uses workshop participants as ‘Representatives’ to stand in for key people in the client’s life such as family members\, colleagues\, partners\, ex-partners\, etc.\, sometimes ‘abstract’ concepts such as an emotion\, country of origin\, religion\, or destiny are also represented. Such forces are often appearing as difficulties or a sense of being ‘stuck’ in life\, affecting our behaviour\, relationships\, career\, health/wellbeing\, or even financial circumstances. This method provides a three-dimensional ‘map’ of one’s life as it is at present. It is a simple yet powerful way to explore entanglements and blockages in our personal life and our family history. The method brings awareness and clarity into personal challenges by focusing the client on the root cause of such difficulties. Constellations provide an opening for a positive life shift and present ways for deep healing processes to occur. \n  \nWHAT HAPPENS IN A CONSTELLATION SESSION? \nIn Constellations work the ‘client’ is referred to as the ‘Issue Holder’. \nThe method uses workshop participants as ‘Representatives’ to stand in for key people in the client’s life such as family members\, colleagues\, partners\, ex-partners\, etc.\, sometimes ‘abstract’ concepts such as an emotion\, country of origin\, religion\, or destiny are also represented. All participants are invited to take part as Representatives. Workshop participants often report (see reviews: https://bit.ly/33Asprs) experiencing profound insights into their own lives by simply witnessing the process\, regardless of how they choose to take part. \n  \nWHY DOES THIS WORK? \nScientific research shows that the experiences of your ancestors can determine your behaviour today and affect future generations.** Recent scientific research into DNA reveals that a component named epigenetics is embedding the effect of a traumatic experience by altering the genetic structure. It means that some of our behaviour patterns can be attributed to traumatic events in our family history.
